Peace on the shop floor.
Zero packing errors.
DailyPack is a warehouse management system that has processed 800,000 orders over the past ten years in our own fulfilment centre. Not designed behind a desk, but worn out on the warehouse floor.
What the VIP program delivers for you
- € 0 setup costs instead of € 800
- 50% discount on your subscription for the entire first year
- 1-on-1 guidance by the founder, who has worked on the floor for ten years
The counterpart: after a successful rollout, you write an honest testimonial. No obligation to use flattering words — honesty is enough.
No consultant software. Warehouse software.
Most WMS packages are designed by people who have never pushed a picking cart. This package has been used every workday for ten years by our own packers, with all the hustle, temporary workers and peak weeks that come with it.
orders processed
years in daily use
months spent building a new interface
We sold our fulfilment company and are now focusing solely on the software. What remains is ten years of solved problems — every rare exception you encounter in a warehouse is included because we’ve faced it ourselves.
Three places where things go wrong. Three places where this intervenes.
The packing table that doesn’t let a mistake slip through
A packing error costs you a return, a customer contact and your reputation. With DailyPack, the scan at the end of the process closes: if the scans don’t match the order, the box doesn’t close. Not with a warning you can click away, but conclusively.
- Batch picking with picking carts and intermediate scans per bin
- Closing check scan during packing
- Batch and lot numbers with strict FEFO assignment
- Serial numbers recorded at intake & output, making them fully traceable
Why an intermediate scan makes the difference
Who only checks at the end discovers the error when the cart is already empty. Who scans per bin knows immediately which order is underneath. This not only reduces errors, it saves time — and searching is what makes a warehouse restless.
One stock figure, even if your stock is in four locations
As soon as you store stock not only in your own warehouse but also with a fulfilment partner and have containers in transit, your stock figure in no system is correct anymore. DailyPack calculates these flows into one real-time figure per article.
- Own warehouses with locations and zones
- External fulfilment partners (3PL) as full-fledged stock locations
- Goods in transit: containers and supplier orders
Sell what you don’t have yet
If you know when a container will arrive, you can responsibly sell on instead of setting your webshop to zero. That’s the difference between a missed month and a missed day.
Procurement advice that takes into account lead time per channel
Ordering from China takes ten weeks, replenishing at your 3PL takes two days. A purchasing advice that doesn’t account for this difference isn’t advice at all. DailyPack calculates per item and per channel when and how much to act.
- Advice per supplier and lead time
- Demand forecasting based on your own sales history
- Alert before you run out of stock, not after
Stock is your most expensive idle money
Over-ordering costs interest and space, under-ordering costs revenue that won’t return. The entire game lies in the timing of orders, and that timing is different for each item.
Every order to the right stock, automatically
Do you sell via multiple channels and store stock in multiple locations? Then, for every order, the question arises: where do we source this from? DailyPack decides automatically based on stock, lead time, and costs.
Is your channel not listed? There’s an open API, and during the VIP program, we build integrations in consultation.
Who is this built for?
DailyPack is not an entry-level system for those shipping ten parcels a day. It’s built for operations where things can really go wrong.
Growing e-commerce and D2C brands with their own warehouse
You pack yourself, or partially, and you face requirements your previous system didn’t know: expiry dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, or simply too many orders to pick individually.
Medium-sized fulfillment companies (3PL)
You work for multiple clients and can’t afford a discussion about a wrong package. You need a scanning system that is foolproof, scalable, and understandable by temporary workers in a single morning.
Five spots, then the door closes
After the upgrade, we want a calm, controlled rollout — not twenty implementations at once. That’s why we’re taking on five companies, and they’ll receive our full attention.
Startup costs
Normally € 800 for setup and onboarding. Free for the first five.
Discount, the entire first year
No discount month that passes unnoticed, but twelve months at half price.
Guidance by the founder
No account manager, but the person who stood on the warehouse floor for ten years.
You request an intake interview, no subscription. We first check together whether it’s a good fit.
